Seasonal Intern – stipend TBD based on experience and skill set.
Location – hybrid / remote with travel to Boston MA, Ottawa Ontario and Montreal Quebec and other locations based on client need.
We are looking for a recent high school graduate who wants to gain industry experience while building a portfolio featuring print and digital designs for a diverse client base.
This individual will:
- Assist with brand, social media, website, and print and digital projects.
- Perform updates on the client and company websites as needed.
- Monitor and update social media accounts to promote new and ongoing events and shout outs.
- Occasionally attend events and conferences to capture content for digital marketing efforts.
- Help coordinate and design company branded office supplies, merchandise, and trade show items, and place orders for items as needed (e.g., business cards, brochures, notepads).
- Assist with the preparation and management of events, including keeping communication with clients / attendees, creating digital invitations, maintaining guest lists, etc.
Minimum Requirements – passion for graphic design, media arts, marketing, or similar field.
Familiar with digital design tools such as Canva and digital promotion tools including Facebook, Tik Tok and other platforms.
